- What is your returns policy?
- We offer a standard returns policy period of 14 days for items that are non-functional and / or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges are not allowed apart from in extreme circumstances
- I’ve already ordered, how long does shipping take?
- Our despatch time is from 2-4 days and the shipping time can be up to 14 days for US delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world, shipping times can be up to 25 days although this is only in the minority of cases. If you believe your parcel has been lost en-route, please do not hesitate to contact us after the discussed shipping times.
- I’ve only received one of the items I ordered, where’s the rest?
- Due to us having multiple warehouse locations and not all locations stocking the same items, we send out the items separately in some cases although we do try and keep this to a minimum.
